Introduction

ISAC center Advanced ICT Management program was initiated in recognition of world-wide interest among senior management in public and private sectors to enhance the decision making process in acquiring and operating advance information systems.

Every enterprise is a complex set of business processes which depend on an appropriate information system. The success or failure of an organization depends greatly on the ability of senior management to acquire the right system, build the right team for maintenance and the ability to enhance their employee's capabilities to use the system effectively to operate the business and make better informed decisions.

The program aims to equip participants with both advanced managerial techniques and specialized knowledge; to increase their capacity for innovative planning and implementation of modern information and communication systems; and to improve their strategic-thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Internationally known Israeli experts will address participants. Lectures will be supplemented by best-practice case study analyses, group discussions and workshops. Participants will visit a variety of organisations to see firsthand implementation of a mixture of modern information and communication systems. Meetings will be held with senior personnel.
